When our client first approached us they were low on inventory and unable to gain traction and find any sellers during this tough seller's market.
With conventional methods and many failed marketing efforts, we decided to spin things around a bit to help them find much needed listings. Here's how.
The Problem
The ads they had been running were not returning a positive return. They were mostly driving traffic through Facebook campaigns and were essentially just throwing money down the drain - or straight into Zuckerberg's pocket!...
They reached out to REM Media to discuss our involvement in turning their marketing into new listings and sales by only targeting people who wanted to sell their home.
The Solution
We first took them through an in-depth discovery session where we were able to assess the health of their business in terms of the sales and marketing systems they currently had in place.
Through this process we were able to identify the key issues and isolate the three core areas of focus which would ensure we were able to optimize the return on their marketing investments.

Data Targeting - we used our proprietary data and data intelligence to target the warmest segment of the market who were actively in-market looking to sell their home, to ensure we put our clients message in front of the right people. No more wasting valuable advertising budget on people on Facebook who are not interested.
Digital Advertising Campaign - we then built out and used proven digital advertising campaign to capture leads. This included ad creation, landing page creation, custom audience creation and ongoing optimization to achieve campaign KPIs.
Follow Up & Lead Nurture - we built out and optimized a follow up lead nurture sequence designed to take the lead through to a booked appointment. That includes an e-mail sequence, text sequence, and ringless voicemail sequence.
Only three months into working with them, we managed to quickly scale to hitting 35 booked appointments per month with people who were ready to sell their home, resulting in just over $50K/mth in additional commission.
The Result
We then implemented a buyer campaign for them to help sell the new listings. We essentially created a client generation and sales machine that runs on auto-pilot for their business, ensuring they can focus all of their time on showing up to the pre-booked appointments with warm qualified prospects, and closing more deals.
